| Due to the recent coup;http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=79&p=139692#p139692 Our Dear Prime Minister proposes the following Emergency Constitution; **THE SULTANTATE OF BADARA'S CONSTITUTION** Article 1 - The Glorious Sultan shall have power to issue emergency decrees that immediately spring into effect. He will also be free from prosecution. Once he dies, the Sultan's designated heir shall be the new Sultan. Article 2 - Parties in the Royal Assembly have to be extremely closely affiliated or simply a faction of 'The United Badaran Front' Article 3 - The Local Governments' Governors shall be appointed by the Sultan himself and shall be stripped of their power if the Sultan decides to do so. The Governors will have some or limited power depending on the current situation. Article 4 - Excluding our mighty Sultan, only the 'United Badaran Front' shall be able to revoke or make changes to this constitution.
