| This act will allow our government to give entry to our country to the following categories of people: -Political activists advocating for individual rights under threat of arrest, or worse -Allied; High officials and government employees -Allied; Civilians and non-combatants -Those being specifically persecuted for religious, racial or ethnic group identities these individuals may hold -Those who are under threat of death from genocidal or tyrannical governments (Level 1 non-combatants and level 2 injured combatants both apply) This act would also establish a special agency which would specifically deal with the protection of those under who apply under this act. This Agency will be called the "Sekowo Asylum Protection Agency" also known as (SAPA). *This act would give the initial funds necessary to quickly develop this agency and have it running in just three months time after the passing of this bill. Total cost estimated at 2,500,000,000 SEK. |

| Message | We support this, though we we feel their must be a clause disallowing those who've committed moderate to severe criminal offences be barred unless they face torture and/or death, at which we would accept them as immigrant prisoners who would serve their sentences 8n a Sekouoan Correctional Facility. |
