Old value:: The state guarantees child benefit to families classified as low-income or poor.
Current: The state guarantees child benefit to families classified as low-income or poor.
Proposed: The state guarantees child benefit to all families.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Guarantee of minimum income.
Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.
Proposed: There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income.

Message | This will work with the "Lower Taxes on Business Profit" bill to give out JOBS, not money. Direct money does not solve poverty. This will not necissarily lower aid to the poor anyway; with lower taxes to be put into place, people are free to give to whomever they wish, not who the government wishes. |

Message | This does not mean the poor will not get help, it just means people will give it themselves. It gets cheaper that way, and probably more effecient. It is not the government's responsibility to dish out money. The people do that how they wish. I will not sepperate these bills. |
