MessageThis will work with the "Lower Taxes on Business Profit" bill to give out JOBS, not money. Direct money does not solve poverty. This will not necissarily lower aid to the poor anyway; with lower taxes to be put into place, people are free to give to whomever they wish, not who the government wishes.

MessageThis does not mean the poor will not get help, it just means people will give it themselves. It gets cheaper that way, and probably more effecient. It is not the government's responsibility to dish out money. The people do that how they wish. I will not sepperate these bills.
