| A bill to create a medical review board to oversee medical malpractice cases. The review board will be based in Sutton City and have jurisdiction over all legal cases surrounding medical malpractice. Victims of malpractice will petition the Medical Review Board to prosecute doctors. The MRB will have the the discretion as to which cases to charge. The board will be made up of 5 doctors, 3 judges, and 2 elected representatives, and be chaired by an appointee from the Health Ministry who will break all ties. |
