| The use of identity cards in our society has an aim that contributes to a better peace and coexistence among equals. However, the government understands that it can be a hindrance or an inconvenience to be forced to carry it compulsorily. For this reason, it is proposed that, while maintaining the need to grant identity cards to all citizens, the following cases are indicated: -Only it will be necessary to have an identity card from 16 years of age. -It will not be necessary to take it at all times, but it will be required in the following cases: voting for elections; administrative transactions; tests of access to universities or oppositions to public officials. -In case of being required by the relevant authorities to punish the citizen (cases of accidents or arrests) and not be carried, a fine will be imposed as established in the laws, and will be given a period of two days to present it in a police station .
