OCC: Work in Progress. I will leave this law as a debate for following days.

First of all, we should consider that we shouldn't make more than minor changes to the current Cultural Protocol: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=516514

I think that we all would agree on prefering a Roman/Latin orientation rather than a Basque one, so we could keep Basque traditional culture traits (defensiveness, isolationism) while using Roman culture as the common thread for our country's name, institutions and so on. In case anyone is interested on translating country's name, description and titles to Euskera, please do it!

I guess our current country is based on the Republican era. Since I'd prefer a Imperial style and there're many communist parties here, I think the Republic is a good choice as it's kind of the golden mean, and after we finish this we all could go on our own way while playing politics. I wouldn't do many changes on it, except for our country's name (how does it sound to you something like "Senatus Populusque Kundratis" or The Senate and People of Kundrati"?)

I also think we should rename our regions and cities since their names doesn't look very Latin, nor Basque.

MessageI think the names of the provinces should reflect out cultural inheritance

MessageI'd like to increase the number of Latins and Basques, at the expense of English. Also, now that religion is heavily regulated and, recently, banned, we should reflect this in the religion section and greatly increase the number of atheists.

We also have very open borders, so we should also reflect this in the demographics.

MessagePersonally, I think that since Selucia is already a Roman-themed nation, we'd be better served with a move more towards a Basque culture. That is just my take, since the Basque nationality is not otherwise represented in Particracy.

I'd also be supportive of renaming some provinces to align with the Kundrati (see: Basque) tongue.

Finally, I think it may prove worthwhile to work on the wiki some... After a cursory glance, I noticed we have two wiki pages dedicated to our nation (one called "Kundrati" and the other "Kundrati Union"). I'd be happy to work with a couple longer-playing folks (particularly UesqMP - given its long history) to revamp our wiki presence, if that's something we think would be beneficial.

Random fact: Players who deliberately attempt to present a misleading picture of the nation's current RP laws will be subject to sanction.
