| Aghar Yassen, Minister of Foreign Affairs: "Mr Speaker, Istalia crushed the terrorism within our borders, but we are very aware of the fact that there were huge international ties. Among foreign and international dangerous, criminal and terroristic organizations there is definitively the Action Canrillaise International (ACI). Recognizing the ties between the ACI and the Nuclei of Revolutionary Action, I'm proposing once again a resolutive measure to fight those who want attempt to the hit or destroy Istalia. Our Nation, our Country, our citizens are menaced constantly by criminals of this world because we are the only one with the courage to denounce these people and their rogue regimes and organizations. For this reason: Nothing the poisoning ideology on which the Action Canrillaise International bases its existence and its actions, aware of the fact that the organization was founded by the Noumondese dictator Remy Blanchard during his last days of power to spread its sick ideology of discrimination and authoritarianism, to fight the liberation forces of the anti-dictator coalitions and to promote violent actions around the world, constating the undeniable ties between the ACI and the black terrorist organizations suppressed in Istalia, The Istalian Republic recognizes the Action Canrillaise International as a terrorist organized group and authorize its persecution by part of the Istalian Law Enforcement Agency on the national territory. The Parliament authorizes also the AISIR and the AISER to continue to persue their counter-terrorism missions putting the ACI at the top of their black lists. (OOC: confidential paragraph - only the istalian parties shall be aware of this: The AISER is authorized to adopt any measure and use any tools to persecute internationally any member of the ACI and to persue operations of any kind to eradicate the ACI from the face of world. Istalia officially will ignore any kind of protest from third countries for any kind of operations. We will ignore also any protest about the targeting of foreign citizens if they result to be affiliated or member of the ACI. Any kind of operation in third countries is authorized and encouraged.) |
