MessageThis is the law as it currently stands from various sections tidied up for viewing before we make adjustments so UBWP is the previous occupant - albeit his term has long since expired. Liberty have concerns about this previous system however. We felt the elections were too slow and convoluted and would like to see a revision in this area.

MessageThe election system is a better reform than the one which I came up with, which was long and tedious (as I did not think things through), and I apologise for that. However, is it possible if I am still in charge of the election procedure?
