Description[?]:

Based on article 10 subsection 2 of the constitution by passage of this act the opposition shall receive certain codified rights.

1. The opposition is defined by the groups within the parliament which are not member of the government (parties not in government).
1.1 The leader of the opposition is the leader of the biggest party/movement represented which does not send party/ movement members in the government.
1.2 The leader of the opposition shall receive 70% of the salary of the President.

2. The leader of the opposition has the right to question the government on any matter. The government has to answer these questions within 4 months.
2.1 20% of the members of the parliament can force the government to answer a question as well.
2.2 40% of the members of the parliament can establish a committe of inquiery to innvestigate possible wrongdoings within the government. The committe will be seated according to strength in parliament. The committe has the right to invite any person for a hearing. The invited persons have to answer the questions then within 3 months.
2.3 The committe presents a report at the end and is not changed in case of an election, except when one party is no longer represented in the parliament.

3. This is a normal law and can be changed/abloshed with an absolut majority.
