In times of great emergency or situations which require pragmatic, swift solutions KD is hereby proposing this act to give the national government the required tools if needed to solve crises that would affect the country in such a severe degree or infrastructure projects that could be beneficial for all, through regulatory practices naturally. In particular, the right to an nationwide curfew, as leaving it to each local government who refuses to comply no matter how well-needed it is could prove to be devastating in the long run, if all 5 local governments think and act differently from each other. |
