| Message | I am not trying to destroy freedom, but adultery is a breaking of a contract, and in effect lying. If you don't want to commit adultery DON'T MARRY. Breaking of a contract should be punished. This is not saying who or who not you can have sex with in life, if you want to f*ck others, so be it. just don't break a legal contract. As for polygamy, it can be damaging to a family, and affect suicide rates in children growing up in a polygamous family. Polygamy promotes competition between spouses, and causes family dysfunction. | Message | Most of our argument is based off when all parties involved in these "contracts" consent to doing these things, which in some cases can strengthen marriages. This bill could also disproportionately affect poor/minority groups who either forget to initiate or aren't able to divorce at the time they want to move on. |

| Message | Okay we will remove the polygamy article, that was our bad. But with adultery, our point is if you don't want to enter into a legal contract of marriage, don't get married. You can still live together. Our point is if the parties involved want to participate in adultery, especially in poor/ minority groups Don't Marry. Marriage costs a lot, and so does divorce, so if you are a person who wants to move on, don't marry, you can still live together if you aren't married. We don't want to punish for it, but by making it illegal, it becomes grounds for divorce. Helping out the families where not all parties consent to it.
