Description[?]:

1.0 By passage of this law the Solentian governments must construct a channel for ships between the two seas of Solentia with two gigantic ports at each side. Both ports shall receive an own motorway connecting them to the rest of Solentias highway.
1.1 The project shall be financed by an increase in income and sales tax.
1.2 This is a normal law and can be passed/changed/abolished by a simple majority.
