The Konfessionelle Historische Union propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Dundorfische Demokratische Republik (DDR).

This is a simplified income tax code, removing all tax on income below 10000, and reducing the number of brackets to 5 from 40 (see here http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=583934).
