| Dear Members of Presidium, you have undoubtly heared about the issues in Solentia and the refugees that are being sheltered in Istalia. Our Istalian friends are having a hard time coping with this massive amount of refugees. We should send a message to Istalia, and to the rest of Terra, that we will help our feelow nations. We also hoep the Solentian government will realize that certain so called democratic decisions are not to be tolerated. I would like to ask permission of the Presidium to help our Istalian colleagues, in accordance with http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3678 and http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=4209. I would like to send out a part of our military auxiliary fleet with logistics and basic aid to Istalia. Currently, our military detachment who resides permanently in Istalia already is offering their help to the Istalian community. They are currently placed under command of the Istalian armed forces, under my authority. We would also charter commercial ships to assist us in getting the goods to Istalia. There will be no military intervention from our side under these circumstances. Our military duties are restricted to giving aid to the refugees. The safety and protection of these refugees is an Istalian matter. If the situation evolves, we will re-evaluate in Presidium.
