| This act shall increase the budget of the department of Internal Affairs by 15 billion Lira. This money shall be transfered directly to the government of the Crown Depenancy of the Isle of Sutton. Under this act, future governments may change this amount, however, it may not ever be set lower than 10 billion Lira unless all MPs from the Isle of Sutton agree to it. |
