Message | While we agree on the first proposal, we strongly oppose letting religious groups promote themselves. Allowing these groups to spread their myths harms scientific creativity and critical thinking of our community. |

Message | We agree that the implications of allowing open advertisement for religious groups might be damaging to scientific process by some means, we see the ability to express, and thus advertise those beliefs, as a natural Lockean right, and an important to free thinking. The idea of an Opposition Party is written into our Constitution. Wouldn't it make equal sense that, by that same measure, we allow all groups full disclosure to their speech to build an open society based on free thought? |

Message | Religion controlled human life and blocked science for a long time. Religion is based on myths that are simply unscientific and cannot be proven. Religion tends to be violent towards those who do not follow this certain religion. Therefore we do not consider allowing this kind of thinking to be free speech, because of its disadvantages that will certainly harm our community. |

Message | The mere existence of though doesn't violate the free speech of others. Acts of violence, still, are against the law, and are thus regulated. The power of the individual over others for the mere expression of their belief is null. However, the power of a government over the individual is much greater. By restricting the ability to advertise, we would be directly harming their free speech. On top of that, we are violating their ability to express not just ideas, but cultural values. When the government determines who's culture is appropriate and who's isn't, that same government becomes tyrannical and no longer serves the will of the people. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
