Message | I will reluctantly vote yes to this proposal (because to vote no would be stingy and to abstain would be counterproductive), however the UCA would like to seek moderate amounts of aid being given to help the pooret countries of the world regardless of whether or not they hve been the victims of huge disasters. We feel that the Telamon government should give whatever it can to help the poorest countries develop and establish institutions and models of good government |
