| The Socialist Party of Hulstria and Gao-Soto propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Vereinguto bon Haruzuterusuaiku to Gao-Soto/United Federation of Hulstria and Gao-Soto/Vereinigte Föderation von Hulstria und Gao-Soto/Harusutoria to Gao-soto Rengō. We will increase the ratio students to teachers by 1300% and textbooks will have to be reused very often. Students will be instructed to grow their own food in their own garden plots gymnastics. Gymnastic lessons will only be taught in recesses and will be taught by volunteers. Hospital will now have to reuse bandages and syringes in hospital. The Health Service Officials will distribute self-care kits and guidebooks for minor illnesses and cuts. To help people deal with lineups in the hospital waiting room, patients will be encouraged to make arm-wrestling matches, with the winner will be allowed to cut through the line-up. |
