This bill calls for a reorganization of the Hill, Selwyn, and Martin Student Loan and Grant Programs into a single voucher program for higher education that covers the full cost of tuition at Hutorian and Suttonite Colleges and Universities. To Remain accredited, postsecondary education institutions may not raise their tuition more than 3 percent per year. The Program will be known as the Martin-Hill Grants Program. |
