Description[?]:
Sanquinian Law on the Anthem Senators, In our party we do not believe the state should be neutral between different conceptions of the good and different behaviors. Instead, we believe the government has an interest in actively supporting and promoting those beliefs and those practices that are most conducive to a free and civil way of life by fostering and encouraging civic virtue in our citizens. One of the means of promoting virtue is the establishment of Republican rites and rituals, civic ceremonies that cultivate virtuous behavior and beliefs. Perhaps the most important such ritual is the performance of our national anthem, given its immense symbolism and value as a Republican tradition. It is particularly impressionable young minds that are most open to molding and refashioning in a Republican manner, allowing us to instill Republican virtues from a young age through the participation of our children in Republican ceremonies. As such we call for the reintroduction of the daily performance of our national anthem in all our schools. Nicolaus Sanquinius Senator |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
