| Arturo De Pretis, Minister of Foreign Affairs: "As Minister of Foreign Affairs of Istalia, I want propose to the Parliament this resolution to establish sanctions and an embargo against Dundorf due to the establishment of a segregation regime in the nation and, worste, the introduction of slavery as a legal activity. Here the measures that prof the introduction of this hateful practices: Legalization of Slavery: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=588010 Segregation system: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=587978 I invite all the political forces to show their opposition to a similar nation, where the right of citizens are simply trampled in the name of sick ideologies and irrational, cruel and not scientific precepts, voting to approve this resolution. Text of the Resolution: With this resolution, which has force as a law, the Istalian Republic officially imposes trade ed economical sanctions, including an embargo, on the Federal Republic of Dundorf. This resolution forbid to export of goods, services or funds into Dundorf and imports of same kind incoming from Dundorf. This resolution authorizes the Istalian Republic to deny the validation of Dundorfian visa, in incoming as outgoing, for all the nationals as well as foreign citizens. Istalia refuse to authorize landing of planes and docking of ships of Dundorfian origin, except if there is an emergency, in that case the equipement will be size by the Istalian Government, or if come a request of political asylum. The essential good like a determined quote of food, and no limited quotas of medicaments will be still authorized to reach Dundorf through special airplanes and convoys to be send through surrounding nations (agreements will be established with the interessed nations). Any violation of this disposition is punishable by fines and prison sentences, commensurate with the gravity of the infringement, as well as can also result in a trial for minor treason for acts against the national interest. If the Parliament give its authorization for a special bill, presented by the Government as well as by a Party, Istalia is authorized to organize or partecipate in humanitarian mission in favor of the population of Dundorf. Finally, the Istalian Government reserves the right to authorize activities in support of the Dundorfian population: the people involved in such activities and their actions are not punishable by the provisions of this law.
