| This was a required one month of debate on all bills (4 hours real time) which allowed parties to give their opinions on the bills so to encourage possible agreements and working together among our typical opposition for the betterment of 生古塢天帝国 (Sekouo Ten-Teikoku). We would like to reinstate this RP rule which has been forgotten as a result of time, so to revitalize the RP of parties in 生古塢天帝国 (Sekouo Ten-Teikoku) |

| Message | OOC: I like this idea. As for the Fascist Party's point, I think bills should be recommended to wait a month, because there is indeed a strategic importance in passing bills right before elections. |

| Message | OOC: Aside from large bills that would need multiple parties and negotiation to pass there's really no need for such a thing, after all a bill with three related articles is unlikely to be changed by the creating party as is. In short I oppose. |

| Message | OOC: This was a previous RP rule that any parties that have been here for a long time know like our party know. And it worked well even with smaller bills. It encourages RP and made this more than just pass enough bills and our party will eventually become the majority. |
