| Message | Members of the Grand Council, It seems clear that what is happening in Utari Mosir is based on the blueprint of the genocidal atrocities and racial classification system used by the Nimitz government during the dark days of the Hulstrian regime. We cannot allow this to happen again. However, we are also clear that the most effective way to deal with this matter is through multilateral sanctions spearheaded by World Congress. So I have asked our ambassador to that organisation to push for multilateral action. If it is clear that is not going to happen, or proves to be an inefficient way of delivering punitive measures, then we will look at unilateral action.
