The Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs have decreed that anyone showing sympathy or supporting democratic movements in Trigunia is to be arrested and tried by a tribunal of syndicalist and traditionalist judges. The Ministry of Internal Affairs will begin by sweeping the 5 Republics in Trigunia for those suspected of being Democratic sympathizers. Soon after this, tribunals in the republics will begin to sentence these traitors to whatever punishment is deemed needing. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is hereby authorized to: 1. Arrest those suspected of allying with and or supporting democratic movements in Trigunia 2. Void any preexisting laws that would prevent them from carrying out these actions for the duration of the purge 3. Requisition army personnel and equipment for the duration of the purge 4. Torture those unwilling to cooperate with the investigation until a satisfactory answer is obtained The Ministry of Justice is hereby authorized to: 1. Try those arrested by the Ministry of Internal Affairs 2. Establish tribunals in the 5 Trigunian republics composed of 4 NPS and 4 NU judges 3. Summarily enact the sentences agreed upon by the judges and release any detainees found innocent 4. Void any preexisting laws that would prevent them from carrying out these trials for the duration of the purge Assuming the act is passed, the tribunals will be disbanded and the special powers of the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs revoked.
