| Nuclear Weapons, as we all should know, are very dangerous and harmful. As the current value states "The nation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in retaliation to any attack." Any attack? that shouldn't be right. Nuclear Weapons should only be used IF and only IF needed. We can't just shoot them off just because we were attacked...we have other means of dealing with it before we result to Nuclear Weapons. Only when we are in grave danger should we use these weapons. -The Party of Chuck Norris |

Current: The nation shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare unless another nation uses them first.
