| Members of the Grand Council, Sadly, we believe there is now a need for the government to cancel its co-operation with Cildania in their project to construct 6 new frigates. A new party (OOC: see http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty.php?partyid=36129 ) has come to power in Cildania, and we are no longer convinced that assisting the Cildanian government with their military projects would be beneficial to the stability of the region. Partit Leali has shown a number of troubling tendencies, including support for the Worldwide Treaty for the Recognition of Fascism (OOC: see http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=589346 ) and calling for the summary execution of all prisoners of war (OOC: see http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=588549 ).
