| Message | We believe that a low maximum proposal quota combined with a high monthly allowance is optimal to prevent [ooc: spam-like bills]. LNC would support raising the number of proposals a party can introduce per year to 60 (raising the monthly quota to 5), while keeping the maximum proposal accumulation at 5, allowing parties to propose 5 new laws per month at the most. |
