Message | OOC: Just to clarify, when you say the newly-elected PM must give a speech to the new assembly after an election, you mean after a new Cabinet is approved right? Because immediately after an election the old PM stays the same until a new Cabinet is approved, so I'm assuming you mean right after a new Cabinet is voted in the PM must give an address? |

Message | OOC: This sounds like a solid idea to make the intentions of our parties well-known. Tell you what, I'll gladly vote for this bill if we can all agree to also follow the existing RP rule of the debate period. |

Message | OOC: Alright I'll support this measure if, as 立憲連邦党 says we all agree to follow all enacted RP rules from now on, and just to clarify as well, this 'speech' you want new PMs to give, will it have to be in a separate Bill or resolution (which can get quite messy and will clutter up the list of proposed bills in the nation page) or can it simply be a speech issued at the foot of the successful Cabinet proposal, once-enacted? |

Message | OOC: I won't support this as A. There's no reason for it and B. In the case I were to be PM I don't have time to do this. |
