Old value:: Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality.
Current: Only those born in this country or to nationals receive nationality.
Proposed: Only those born to nationals become nationals.

Message | Nationality is bounded of ethnicity, of course. National states were formed by persons that have the same cultural and ethnical characteristics. Now, it is not only an ethnic issue. Clearly citizens that were born from parents from 2 different nations receive our nationality, but can decide which mantain when they arrive to 18 years. |
