| Message | So even the pettiest of crimes one should have a jury? Juries does not equal justice. You should know that Hudud is nearly impossible to convict someone without a confession from the accused. We have justice in this nation, what we don't have is wasting tax payer money on juries for every crime. |

| Message | Everyone has the RIGHT to a jury, does not mean that everyone MUST have a jury. But anyone may get a trial by jury if they believe it is to their benefit. However, for crimes that would be better suited for a judge the legal teams of the defendant would advise them accordingly. |
