| By passage of this act the Seat declares that it has no longer confidence into the government and the President and demands that all ministers and the president refrain from exercising their duties. Criminal charges will also be instated. Reason: 1. The cabinet and the president include women which is not allowed because at the moment women are requiered to stay home. 2. If they not work, like said by the government (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=590625), we must conclude they either get money for nothing or the government lied to the Senat. 3. Both possible answers do represent either a serious misuse/fraud of public money or a lie to the voice of the people. For us it is obvious that these women are working as ministers for the government like laid down in the description of our country (http://classic.particracy.net/viewnation.php?nationid=42 and http://classic.particracy.net/viewcabinet.php?nationid=42) and as a result the government violated the law that women are not allowed to work. Even it were legalized it represents a serious breach of the law. |
