As the successor to the Social Union, the New Way shall reintroduce the Rent Bargaining Act to the National Assembly. The Rent Bargaining Act shall discontinue the practice of the Kalistani government directly controlling the cost of rent. Under the Rent Bargaining Act, the Ministry of Health and Social Services shall be tasked with creating the National Association of Landlords and the National Association of Tenants. The two associations shall represent the interests of landlords and tenants and will be tasked with setting rents under the oversight of the Ministry of Health and Social Services. |
