| Greetings Citizens and Interested Persons of the Union, The Tourism Ministry has decided to greenlight a new project to bolster culture of our great nation. Certain members of the Imperial Family have long had an interest in the music arena, among other things, and have voiced their interest in pursuing a career in Entertainment Arts. In order to support this we shall devote a portion of our budget to this Enterprise(with Investment from the Dankuk National Bank) and Support a Private Entertainment Company organized by the Popular Monarchist Party(OOC:Sarcum) to organize the training, choreography, and other necessary accoutrement for the official debut of said group. In addition, the Pyeonghae Music Group, long the imperial Court Musicians shall also be involved in this endeavor and will work with personnel in the Popular Monarchist Front to achieve the Dream of Cultural Flourishing(OOC: Tranfers Characters to Sarcum).
