| Article 1. Prefect will be allowed to issue Executive Orders at their discretion. Article 2 . Executive Orders will be secondary legislation to Laws of Land Article 3. Any Executive Order will come into force immediately after being approved by Grand Council .Executive Orders cannot be vetoed by King . Article 4. Executive Orders must be approved by Grand Council for validity with at least 2/3 majority . OOC : This is Constitutional RP law and therefore 2/3 majority is required for pass,amend ,repeal and suspend |

| Message | We do not believe such legislation is necessary for the Prefect to issue executive orders as it is already written into Article 4 of the Semi Constituional Monarchy Act. However, we welcome the support from the Greens on this and will be interested to see on what "good grounds" the Royal Veto would be used, given the legislation aims to ensure essential services carry on and people receive their hard earned salaries.
