Description[?]:
Proposal to request a Self-Determination Referendum for the Bhulkhandra region on August 19, 4518. This proposal has been agreed in advance with the government of Malivia in Action and its #Reform partners. In addition, it has the support of President Bjørnar Moxn and the 4 deputies of The Red Party (The four have been elected by the Bhulkhandra constituency). OCC: We ask Moderation to decide the outcome of the referendum and to communicate it to the government, who will have the decision to recognize the sovereign independence of the new state. If the government of Malivia approves it, the disconnection process of the region would begin. |
