In order to more accurately shape the new political terrain of Lodamun, we propose several changes; SECTION I. Members will be considered National Assembly Deputies. SECTION III. Re-naming the position of "President" to Premier, elected by popular vote and immediately recallable by referendum, serving as Head of State. SECTION IV. The establishment of a Head of Government, the Chairman of the Popular Assembly, to carry out parliamentary procedure and other necessary government functions. SECTION V. Officiating a position for those parties which do not make up the government, Minority Assembly Speaker and Shadow Government, which carries out the job of challenging the Majority Government. Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
Random quote: "The problem is big government. If whoever controls government can impose his way upon you, you have to fight constantly to prevent the control from being harmful. With small, limited government, it doesn't much matter who controls it, because it can't do you much harm." - Harry Browne |
