Message | My fellow Deputies, It is a sad day in the Republic of Alduria, however, despite the denials of the Parti Socialiste, we are forced to affirm that the current cabinet of President Meunier is illegitimate. It is conducting the business of this nation without the affirmation of this chamber. THIS BILL; - Recognizes that the current cabinet is performing its functions in violation of Article 7 the constitution, as defined under Article 7, sub-paragraph 2. - Moves to return the question of legitimacy back to the people in a General Election. We move to confirm that we have no confidence in the current Government. We hope that for the good of this nation, and for the good of the people, all parties agree to this motion. |

Message | We don't really understand how the current president Cabinet violate the constitution. The socialist have elected 476 representatives in the parliament, and it stand to reason that theses representatives are backing the current government. also, is it not mandatory to present a new government. We do agree that the government have cramped democracy by limiting the number of proposal we receive and our Quota. But we do not understand your process there. Makoto Darklight |

Message | first, We are not representatives are we not elected. We are taking the necessary step to our elections, toward the organisation of our party, but we are not quite ready yet. . Also, there is no obligation in any country constitution to present a new cabinet. the president formed a cabinet at this moment : http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=592351. He is not forced to present new cabinet after elected. I demand the unidentified speaker of the Parti Démocratique de Centre-droit to identify himself and stop wasting time, on misinterpretation.
