| After the actions that took by AFM we have created this act to stop that from happening again This is a continuation of the National Unity Plan. This act will establish an internal intellegence agency called CSF or Central Security Forces, under the direct control of the Prime Minister. It shall not be answerable to the legislature . It will have powers to arrest any seperatist, anti nationalist, or minority extremist revolutionary, dissident, or leader, after attaining a warrant from the Prime Minister. After 1 (in game) Month has passed since the arrest of the person, the legislature can propose and pass a bill to liberate the person. If a simple majority is attained in that bill, the arrested person will be released. But, before the 1 year has passed, only the Prime Minister will have power to order the release of the person |

| Message | This is bad. We have already courts. Also AFM is illegal and Gabi Botan returned to power. Every party is invited to its own inteligence agency and buying bodyguards and all kind of defensive measures. RLP had taken drastic measures to prevent this things ever happening. We believe we do not need such drastic changes, parties should be responsible for their own safety, and in case of escalation, the military itself can intervene against dissidents. |
