Message | Sorry, but it seems that if anything, Kirlawa has cabinet proposals too infrequently, not too frequently; so we unfortunately don't understand the point of restricting this further. |

Message | This simply puts the duty on to fill the Cabinet. if the country needs a minister, the head of state will find someone from some party and not leave it up to parties to suggest someone. I do not see it as a restriction, but putting the responsibility on one person. |
