MessageWe believe that the best way to confront this conflict will be to create a negotiating table where ALL political parties and social agents are represented. In addition, this panel must have international and diplomatic observers to resolve this situation in a fair, effective, civic, friendly and peaceful manner.

As the oldest party in Malivia and the one with the most experience and international contacts, we claim the presidency of this table.

Thank you.

MessageMr. Speaker,

As the next step, we urge the government to draft a Treaty declaring Malivia's territorial sovereignty over the Malivy Islands, and then invite other governments around Terra to ratify it. We also urge the government to press Malivia's case at the World Congress (OOC: see http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=8428 ).

Furthermore, it would be prudent to begin reaching out to and assisting individuals and groups within the Malivy Islands who are sympathetic to the cause of reunification. Perhaps the government could offer funding and organisational assistance to them?

MessageI have made an official press release declaring Malivian Sovereignty over Selucia. However, the Selucian government is not agreeing for any negotiations and is asking for an official apology. I will immediately ask the foreign minister to draft a treaty declaring Malivian Sovereignty over Selucia.
