| This will be the Highest court of Rutania which will neutrally operate under Justice Department it will not be governed by any party or Orgnization i open the debate for further suggestions in establishing a court i believe that if some parties find some corruption or something wrong done by other parties or any organization or breaking RP Rules then anyone can appeal to supreme court for hearing here is the procedure of requesting for hearing 1 find suspect or some party doing something wrong or breaking rules 2 Raise the issue and demand answer in assembly if not answered then go to step 3 3 propose a bill to request to put charges against the suspect and to start hearing If the bill passes then a court hearing would be set up by justice department with neutral judges ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Article 1 The amount needed of vote should be at least half of the legislature* *exceptions made if other parties do not vote, general afk or just simply missing seats Article 2 If article 1 was pursued, the suspect will be judged, both parties may appeal Article 3 Depends on case, could be a prevention from the Cabinet , changing party name acting like reform, arresting persons etc. This can be decided by other parties based on a bill with over half of legislature, if no agreement, the court should roll its opinion. |

| Message | So I have ideas: Article 1 The amount needed of vote should be at least half of the legislature* *exceptions made if other parties do not vote, general afk or just simply missing seats *if other parties opppose the seizing of a party reasons should be forwarded with proves why, as to ensure viable reasons HOWEVER this would block the law as such, this can be overriden if the situation is extreme, national security, corruption or other grave offences (crime, terrorism etc) Article 2 Firstly, before seizing suspects, all parties can send their own inspectors to inspect, if deemed something obvious, a party can call the higher court to review the situation, both parties can present evidence pro or against If article 1 was pursued, the suspect will be judged, both parties may appeal Article 3 Depends on case, could be a prevention from the Cabinet , changing party name acting like reform, arresting persons etc. This can be decided by other parties based on a bill with over half of legislature, if no agreement, the court should roll its opinion. |
