1. By passage of this act all parties proposing more expenditure or lower income have to refinance that proposal within the same bill with another proposal, meaning by either cutting expenditure somewhere or increasing taxes somewhere. 2. This law shall serve the coming generations and the fight against irresponsible budgets. 3. This is a constituional ambendment and can be passed/abolished/changed with a 2/3 majority. |

Message | This is ridiculous. How dare the conservatives put a stop to progrsssive legislation like this. I’m imperative that we allow deficits. They are how you get stimulus in an economy. We would like to see a greater deficit, actually. They’re not something to be afraid of, we have the ability to print money, and interests rates aren’t that high. We would ask the conservatives to read an economics text book. |
