| Current: Abortion is allowed during the first trimester Proposed: All abortions are illegal Article 1: Considering the human life start in conception and need to be preserved until natural death, we have the moral duty to absolutely ban all abortions because in any cases is not the solution. Article 2: Abortion is understood as the voluntary expulsion of the fetus from its mother's womb when it does not have the possibility of surviving. Article 3: All abortions will be banned Article 4: The mother or doctor who performs an abortion will be sentenced to 30 years in prison. |
