Bill: Anti "Big-reforms" act 4536
Details
Submitted by[?]: Hosian Democratic party of Rutania
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 4537
Description[?]:
A recent problem in Rutanian politics is the appearance of bills including a big sum of law changes, which decrease the stability of Rutania as citizens need time to learn and fit these new laws. Our solution is to regulate the maximum proposals and proposals received by parties. |

Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The maximum proposal quota a party can accumulate.

Current: 20
Proposed: 5
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The number of proposals a party can introduce per year (will be handed out as a monthly quota).
Old value:: 12
Current: 20
Proposed: 3

Message | 6 as quota per year is an acceptable compromise, also we should not limit the ammount we can accumulate, that is dumb. The number is already ok and not bad. What however should be lowered is the 12 quota per year to just six. Six gives us 3 quota per year, think is enough, 6 is too much per year. So 6 is a middle roads thinker. We need to compromise and not flat out eliminate democratic process. |

Message | RNCP, please think twice before voting this, better to compromise than let HDpR block the democratic process. What about a balance, we agree with HDpR to limit the quota but at least a normal number, 6 or something near it, we cannot just outhright force a small number, we shall compromise if HDpR is opened enough to compromise, we are opened to discussion and change on this bill, however just flat out pushing a small quota is not the solution... |
