Bill: Denuclearization Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Social Democratic Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 4538

Description[?]:

We have recognized the potential of executive over-reach by our prime minister. It’s very important that we fully denuclearize our country immidiately. Not only do we have no reason to use nuclear weapons, their presence even for the context of “defense purposes” is unnecessary. All it opens the door to is potential misuse of power, and a nuclear bomb being used offensively is a catastrophic scenario.

All nuclear weapons will be disarmed immediately as a result of this bill, and their development and use will be considered illegal.

MessageWe do not recognize the legitimacy of the first soldier, and any comment the prime minister makes is considered non-binding. The legislative body will not be de-legitimized via an unconstitutional dictatorship.
