| Mr Speaker After a very interesting debate with all parties The Rutanian National Congress Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania. Overall- it is an increasing budget with more spending than last one however i can explain why i have increased the spending feel free to ask 01 Healthcare budget is increased because Our Health ministry has big plans for making hospitals and healthcare services you can see on HDPR recent bill 02 Foreign affairs budget is getting increased because we are signing treaties with different nations so we will need budget 03 IFA said we did not listened to him for budget but we have increased infrastructure budget not please him but to make sure government listens to all 04 a new supreme court will be made for which we will need some budget so finance budget is increased 05 Me and PLR are planing something big For science ministry so we are increasing budget for this term only 06 DCM has shown some interest in developing food and agriculture department so we have given a chance to him and honestly saying Food and agriculture department has been underfunded for many years and there is no problem in giving them some aid 07 And Last All parties Strictly opposed increasing Defense budget so we have not increased it but we are not decreasing it too because RDP has PROMISED Me Personally that after this term he will himself propose decreasing defense budget After devlopements are done in increased budget ministries we will start decreasing them so IFA we are not ignoring you |

| Message | Mr Speaker, The IFA is utterly disturbed by this irresponsible proposal. Our comments are in no way reflected in this budget. Our members urges the political leadership to at least consider to leave this very military minded cabinet if this budget passes. Raising the budget with 11 %, having defence spending at a worrying 33 % level and IFA suggestions ignored completely, indeed, one should wonder which reason there is left to stay on board ? Besides, I noticed that this coalition is moving towards more state involvement in the economy which is very much opposed by my party. Of course, the IFA will respect the democratic process but it might be better to be part of this outside this coalition cabinet.
