Bill: Revised Budget for Aldegar

Details

Submitted by[?]: Ducal Delegation

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 2205

Description[?]:

Government spending needs to be shifted to reflect the priorities of the Aldegarian people. Too much money is being frittered away on ministries like the Finance Ministry which don't really seem to do anything. This budget will boost spending on the health and educations system, which we believe is much needed, and will also provide additional resources for infrastructure and law & order, which are key concerns for ordinary Aldegarians. This budget will also, on balance, save the exchequer a modest amount of money, which can be ploughed back into our economy through tax cuts.
