| We believe that every citizen of our nation must be free to live their lives as they see fit, so long as it causes no real harm to others, with this bill we seek to; 1.) Allow LGBT people a life of equal standing with that of their fellow citizens. 2.) Allow Citizens to take their reproductive health into their own hands, allowing abortion and surrogacy. We seek to move this nation towards being a more modern, forward-seeking place for our citizens to live. |

Current: Abortion is allowed during the first and second trimesters.
Proposed: Abortion is allowed during the entire course of the pregnancy.

Current: Surrogacy is legal, and surrogacy agreements are enforceable. Only altruistic surrogacy is legal.
