Upon the passing of this bill by a 2/3rd majority of the assembly the following provisions will take effect.

Article 1

-A supreme court shall be established consisting out of 9 judges appointed directly by the president and serving 18 year terms each

-Every justice may only serve one term and will not be able to serve a second or multiple terms


Article 2

-The Supreme Court will have jurisdiction over all rulings concerning the constitution

Article 3

-A individual can appeal to the supreme court when he or she thinks one or several of their constitutional rights have been violated
