MessageWe have some concerns with the tax rates, we do not believe that anyone earning under 250,000 per annum should be taxed at anything above 50%, however.. Considering the current tax laws are as they are, this is perhaps the best choice we are currently given.

MessageI would impress upon my Senatorial colleagues that currently every 1 SOL- 30,000 SOL earned is taxed at 30%. The above proposal removes these incomes, the poorest in our society, from income tax altogether and represents the largest economic benefit to hard working families in a generation.

Taxation levels elsewhere may be considered high by some, however this was done in order to minimise losses to departmental budgets. Future restructuring could change this.

MessageOur party will decline this bill. We believe we can generate more revenue from taxes by setting out different salary brackets and tax rates.

We dont think that our propose are ideal but we think its good for start. We must oppose because taxes are to high and revenue not.

MessageWe have considered this bill, though it is not entirely agreed we believe that it is better than the current system and it may always be changed in the future if another option is more agreeable.
As it protects those in the lowest bracket of income, we have chosen to vote in favour, but we voice our concerns at the higher rates being paid and are remain open to new proposals in the future.

Random fact: When your party holds the foreign affairs department, you can create new treaties. However, before writing anything new, it is a good idea to search for existing treaties which already accomplish what you desire.
